Mom's Shovel est un objet actif ajouté dans le Booster Pack #5.
Elle est obtenue en combinant les deux morceaux de la Broken Shovel.
Effets
- Using this on a Dirt Patch that appears in The Dark Room will unlock The Forgotten.
- Once the Forgotten is unlocked, there will be 1-4 dirt patches instead. Digging them will instead spawn a random type of chest.
- Spawns a trapdoor that leads to the next floor upon activation, identical to
Aller au Fond des Choses
- Like Aller au Fond des Choses, it can occasionally spawn crawl spaces.

- Once Mom's Shovel is complete, the stomping caused by Pelle Brisée stops.
- Like Aller au Fond des Choses, this item can be used to destroy rocks if used while Isaac is flying over a rock.
